Congratulations to our boys and our girls Gaelic Football teams - who won both Cumann na mBunscol League Titles at Strabane Sigersons. Both teams progressed to county finals with the boys losing out in the large schools county semi-final to St. Patrick's Mullinahoe Arboe. The girls went one better defeating a strong challenge from St. Teresa's Loughmacrory in the semi final losing out to St. Lawerence's Fintona in the Large Schools Finals. Our thanks to Mr. R Keenan and Mr. B Mc Gurk who have been coaching the girls and boys on Thursdays after school since September 2017! Shea Leonard was selected to play halftime at the Tyrone V Monaghan Ulster Championship match, Oisin Lynch qualified to play in the mini game at the Ulster Final while Cara Mc Menamin, Saoirse Gallagher and Jamee Doherty will represent Tyrone Primary Schools V Armagh Primary Schools in June. A great year all round.
